This past Friday the Treasury Department published the names of certain individuals who renounced their U.S. citizenship or terminated their long-term U.S. residency (“expatriated”) during the second quarter of 2012.
The number of Published Expatriates for the second quarter of 2012 was 189, which is the lowest quarter number in the past 8 quarters. The following graph shows the quarterly number of Published Expatriates since 2005.
